Over the last 25+ years, we have been consistently growing and developing skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional team- integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.
Being so fortunate with 9 beautiful children, we enjoy serving our clients with my wonderful wife and fellow Realtor, Joan Barber. Without her there is no way I could serve or sell at the level I have been able to year after year.
I have been fortunate enough to be the top producer and top listing agent of my office and company. Awards are nice, but results for my clients are most important.
That said, in my experience as a Philadelphia real estate professional along with our son, Ed Barber, Jr, we find that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
